Sovereign Shines at Christmas

Calling all photographers!

Sovereign Shines marks the beginning of the Christmas festivities. Capture your prettiest photographs of this December’s illuminations and send it to sovereignshines@eastbournewaterfront.co.uk for a chance to win a £50 John Lewis voucher.

Terms and Conditions

• The contest is open to all photographers aged 18 or over other than employees of Premier Marinas Limited.
• The image must be your original work.
• You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all images entered.
• The competition will run from 1st December 2019 to 31st December 2019, entries after this time will not be counted in the competition to win a prize.
• The winner will be informed by e-mail up to 7 days after the deadline.
• If your photograph features a person/group of people you must have their permission before sending it to Premier Marinas Limited.
• Source material or proof of permission to use must be made available on request.
• We reserve the right at our discretion to disqualify any entrant or image that we consider unsuitable.
• By entering your image, you grant to Premier Marinas Limited the non-exclusive right to reproduce it for any purpose at any time in any medium.
• The winner consents to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by The Waterfront/Premier Marinas Limited without further compensation.
• Photographs should be no larger than 8 MB in size – Premier may request a higher resolution image if required. Photo images should be submitted in ‘JPEG’ format.
• Participants should send their photographs, or link to a file sharing site, to the dedicated e-mail address.
• Each image can only be entered once in each round but you can send as many images as you like.
• Premier Marinas Limited reserve the right to withhold prize if in their opinion the quality of the entries falls below the standard required.
• Premier Marinas Limited decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
